Posted: 18 December 2006

MAKATI CITY  - The Pinoy Christmas is considered to have the longest celebration of Christmas usually starts in the “-ber” months (September, October, November, December). Filipinos held a Christmas full prosperity and full of rich traditions and customs unique Pinoy.

A4Y through its youth club “Club K”  shared this spirit to Filipino families outthere through its Mommy Academy Program: “Paskong Pinoy” Family Christmas. Club K set up a booth at Glorietta Mall Activity Center last December 16-17, 2006 and gave away freebies such as Club K collectible T-shirts and badges. Other than giving the familiy attendees with various treats, A4y also conducted seminars for parents and their children on proper parenting, family planning and youth empowerment for them to have responsible decisions for the betterment of society.

The boot was designed to act as a “youth hub” on resources, education and activities that involved the youth in productive and worthwhile endeavors.
