GE Money Servicing Philippines Inc. is located at 4th Floor Genpact Building Plaza @ Dotcom Drive, Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The company has no health programs or policy that covers Family Health Wellness program but have their own medical health care that covers regular employees. They have health benefits like SSS and Philhealth and health care insurance. As for the health facilities they have a company clinic which they shared with GENPACT, their sister company.

At present GE Money Servicing Phil. Inc. has a total number of 712 employees, which increased from 326 employees at the start of the program last March 2007. 90% of their agents are in the age bracket of 21-29 years old and the annual attrition rate is 48%. 75% of the agents are single.
