All sites of ICT Marketing Services, Inc. have no health programs or policy that covers Family Health Wellness program but have their own medical health care that covers regular employees. They have health benefits like SSS and Philhealth. As for the health facilities they have their own company clinic except for ICT-RCBC Site which they outsource at Grepalife Health Care. At present ICT Marketing Services Inc. – Marikina Site is the largest site with a total number of 2,856 employees, which increased from 2,725 employees at the start of the program last August 2007. 85% of their agents are in the age bracket of 21-29 years old and the annual attrition rate is 10%. Majority of their employees are female and 85% of the agents are still single.
