MAKATI CITY - Advocates for Youth recently launched The Plato Project at the Asian Institute of Management, Makati in collaboration with The Nous Group – an Australian based leadership and people development consulting firm. 30 top-notch college/university students from various schools in Metro Manila joined this leadership workshop which opened the minds of future youth leaders on how they can do more for the country and influence others to take lead roles in their communities.
Like Plato, he inspired the youth of his time by raising profound questions about his society and sought answers. Cyndy Tan-Jarabata, A4Y President and Founder, believes that our youth can, by honing their leadership skills, serve as mentors to other young people and become catalysts for positive change in our country, and act as role models on empowering the youth on their reproductive health rights and responsibility.
