GE MONEY SERVICING PILIPPINES INC. CALLUSUGAN PROJECT
“CALL-usugan” is a play of the Filipino word “kalusugan”. It is a combination of two words – “call”, which refers to call centers (the focus of the project), and “kalusugan” which means “health.” Hence, “CALL-usugan” indicates the aim of the project, which is to bring health in call center industries.
At present GE Money Servicing Phil. Inc. has a total number of 712 employees, which increased from 326 employees at the start of the program last March 2007. 90% of their agents are in the age bracket of 21-29 years old and the annual attrition rate is 48%. 75% of the agents are single.
