SITEL PHILIPPINES- WYNSUM Site
At present SITEL Philippines-Wynsum Site have a total number of 2,279 employees which increased from 2,000 employees from the start of the program. 1,183 are male and 1,096 are female. Located at 22nd Flr. Wynsum Bldg. Emerald Ave. Ortigas Business Center, Pasig City, it is the largest site of Sitel Philippines in Metro Manila. 88% belongs to the age bracket of 21-29 years old and 75% are still single. Sitel-Wynsum has an attrition rate of 10% annually. SITEL Philippines’ HR Department already has health programs running in their site but it doesn’t focus on FP and MCH program.
Sitel- Wynsum occupies almost all floors of Wynsum Building, that is why we have a difficulty in covering all agents in all floors and they operate 24/7.
