At present ICT Marketing Services Inc. – Marikina Site is the largest site with a total number of 2,856 employees, which increased from 2,725 employees at the start of the program last August 2007. 85% of their agents are in the age bracket of 21-29 years old and the annual attrition rate is 10%. Majority of their employees are female and 85% of the agents are still single.
